DHARNA INFRONT OF RAIL BHAWAN SEEMS TO BE COSTLIER TO AAP, TWO MORE FIRs LODGED
New Delhi: Two fresh cases have been registered at Parliament Street Police Station against AAP after receiving a complaint from a female school teacher who alleged that some of the protestor harassed her during their protest.
Police officials said that they have booked an FIR against unknown persons under u/Sec. 323 (For hurting ), Sec 509 (For insulting the modesty of a woman) and Sec 341 & Sec 342 ( For wrongful confinement ) of IPC.
Four FIRs have been registered agains CM Kejriwal’s protest so far including the one for violating the prohibitory orders. Several other incidents have also shot by the cameras installed at the protest site and police is reviewing all the videos and trying to find out the miscreants.
